RACE SUMMARY Paul Ricard

The No. 33 TF Sport Corvette showed immediate pace at Circuit Paul Ricard, with Blake McDonald taking an early lead in LMGT3 and building a commanding gap over the chasing pack in the opening stint. The car remained at the front of the class through the middle of the race as Alec Udell and Charlie Eastwood delivered strong, consistent stints at one point fending off pressure from Anders Fjordbach in the No. 54 High Class Racing Porsche and the No. 75 Proton Competition entry to hold the class lead through a full-course yellow period.

The outcome was decided in the closing stages, when the No. 57 Kessel Racing Ferrari's Mathys Jaubert executed a brilliant final stint, passing Charlie Eastwood who was managing a damaged car to claim the LMGT3 win by 17.6 seconds. TF Sport held on for a hard-fought second-place class finish, with the No. 86 GR Racing Ferrari inheriting third after post-race penalties dropped the Spirit of Race and AF Corse Ferraris down the order.

“Great to get a result, but we are ready for the top step next.”

-Alec Udell

The result leaves the #33 crew fourth in the 2026 ELMS LMGT3 championship standings on 18 points, with the series now entering its traditional Le Mans break before resuming at Imola on 5 July.|

Series Overview

The European Le Mans Series (ELMS) is the premier multi-class endurance championship on the European continent, organised by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) — the same governing body behind the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The series serves as a direct stepping stone to La Sarthe, with class champions earning automatic entries to the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Each season comprises six four-hour races held at some of Europe's most iconic circuits, drawing elite factory-backed and privateer teams alike. The 2026 calendar spans from April through October, visiting Barcelona, Paul Ricard, Imola, Spa-Francorchamps, Silverstone, and Portimão.
